The chief instruction for BUN ball screw support unit

The industry standard models of BUN screw support are divided into four series: AK, BK, EK and FK. The AK series is square high shoulder single countersunk hole fixing, BK series is square high shoulder double countersunk hole fixing, EK series is low shoulder single through hole fixing, FK series is round four countersunk hole fixing.

Take the 15 series support seat as an example to discuss the difference in size between the four series of support seats:

Support seat fixing unit common size (K end)

1. Seat thickness L (mm): AK15, 25; BK15, 27; EK15, 25; FK15, 32.

2. Seat height H (mm): AK15, 49; BK15, 48; EK15, 49; FK15, 63 (F series is expressed as A).

3. Block length B (mm): AK15, 80; BK15, 70; EK15, 80; FK15, 52.

4. Seat height H1 (mm): AK15, 40; BK15, 38; EK15, 25.

5. Seat height h (mm): AK15, 30; BK15, 28; EK15, 30.

Support seat support unit common size (F end)

1. Seat thickness L (mm): AK15, 20; BK15, 20; EK15, 20; FK15, 32.

2. Seat height H (mm): AK15, 49; BK15, 48; EK15, 49; FK15, 63 (F series is expressed as A).

3. Block length B (mm): AK15, 80; BK15, 70; EK15, 80; FK15, 52.

4. Seat height H1 (mm): AK15, 40; BK15, 38; EK15, 25.

5. Seat height h (mm): AK15, 30; BK15, 28; EK15, 30.

The AK, BK, and EK series of the BUN screw support are generally used for horizontal mounting of X and Y axes, and the fixed unit (K end) is matched with the support unit (F end). EK, FK, BK are the most commonly used, AK is slightly less used, but AK12+AF12 is quite widely used.
